The Church recognizes the Usher as very important position in the Church, relating back to Old Testament “Doorkeepers” or “Gatekeepers” (2Kings 22:4;1 Chronicles 9:17-27; Psalms 84:10) Church Ushers are the frontline of the Church during worship and other activities, and shall be humble and polite ladies and gentlemen. They shall be recruited or volunteer by indication of interest and the Priest or his designee shall organize their formal training in Anglican procedures and the Spirit of stewardship, and refresher sessions for upkeep of their skills.
